Dynamic analysis of structure loaded seismic loads
Šulerová, Zdeňka ; Nevařil, Aleš (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the calculation of response of reinforced concrete construction on the effect of seismic tension. Time and spectral analysis were made. They are mentioned as possible ways of calculation in EN 1998 - 1:2004 norm. Final figures of global deformations and stress on selected beam from the time and spectral analysis were firstly compared for the horizontal components of seismic stress affecting only in one direction. Subsequently comparison of time progress to combination of these effects mentioned in relevant norm was made. In the conclusion the results of used analysis are appraised.
Time development analysis of treated lesion in spinal CT data
Nohel, Michal ; Jan, Jiří (referee) ; Jakubíček, Roman (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on time-development analysis of treated lesion in CT data. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology of the spine and vertebral bodies. It further describes diagnostic and therapeutic options for the detection and treatment of spinal lesions. It contains an overview of the current state of usage of time-development analysis in oncology. The problems of the available databases are discussed and new databases are created for subsequent analysis. Futhermore, the methodology of time-development analysis according to the shape characterization and the size of the vertebral involvement is proposed. The proposed methodological approaches to feature extraction are applied to the created databases. Their choice and suitability is discussed, including their potential for possible usege in clinical practice of monitoring the development and derivation of characteristic dependences of features on the patient's prognosis.
Design of bridge on the motorway D48
Holuša, Adam ; Nováček, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with design of a new bridge on motorway D48 located on bypass of Frýdek – Místek. Total spread of the bridge is 113 meters. Thesis includes 3 studies. For next assesment was chosen concrete girder box construction with 3 spans. Bridge is bulit on falsework. Structural analysis includes influences of construction by TDA method. Load effect is solved in Scia Engineer 18.0. The assessment of the bridge was made according to EC.

In the first part of the thesis is described the basic theoretical knowledge and information for a specific issue. The aim of this work is the detection and identification of critical factors and potential risks associated with the selection, implementation and subsequent operation of the enterprise information system. The output of this work is a time and economic evaluation of the project, creating proposals to reduce risks and create recommendations for the company.
The Project Proposal of New Information System Implementation
Kopečný, Michal ; Smolíková, Lenka (referee) ; Doskočil, Radek (advisor)
The focus of bachelor thesis is creating project proposal of new information systém using methods of project management. The first part is focused on explaining different methods, which will be used later in thesis. The second part deals with analysis of internal and external environment of company První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš a.s. Third part is where all the knowledge gathred in first and second part of thesis is applied onto the project itself.
Bridge over the I/55 road and railway line
Gross, Tomáš ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The main aim of the diploma thesis is a design of two bridges on D1 highway (Říkovice – Přerov). Structural system of these two bridges is a seven spans continuous beam. The bridges span the rail track and road I/35. The structural system of these two bridges is identical. The preliminary design is processed in two options. The first one considers the use of post-tensioned pre-casted beams PETRA with cast-in place cross beams and composite bridge deck. The second draft considers the use of two slab-beam with the cross beams. Effects of loads were calculated in SCIA Engineer program. The build-up phases were assessed by TDA method. The assessment of the structure was made according to EC.
Polysomnographic data analysis
Jagošová, Petra ; Králík, Martin (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on analysis of polysomnographic signals based on various parameters in time and frequency domain. The parameters are acquired from 30 seconds long segments of EEG, EOG and EMG signals recorded during different sleep stages. The parameters useful for automatic detection of sleep stages are selected according to both visual analysis of boxplots and statistical analysis via comparison tests. EOG parameters selected in the time domain were mobility, skewness and kurtosis. Among EEG parameters, aktivity, 75. percentile, kurtosis and mobility were selected. Among EMG parameters, 75. percentile and complexity were selected. Finally, the parameters selected in the frequency domain were relative power spectra in alpha, delta and beta bands.
